Occupancy Status Terms

Owner Occupied - Services are currently in the name of the property (i.e., House Name)
Tenant Occupied - Services are currently in the name of the tenant
Pending Owner Occupied - Services are scheduled to be placed in the name of the property (i.e., House Name)
Pending Tenant Occupied - Services are scheduled to be placed in the tenant's name
Vacant - Services are currently not in anyone's name, however power is still on
Vacant Inactive - Services are currently not in anyone's name and the power is off
