Energy Education and Safety

We rely on energy for many things today. Not only does it provide us with light and climate control, but it puts hundreds of opportunities at our disposal via the television, the computer, appliancesĀ and other modern devices. But can electricity or natural gas be harmful if they are abused or mishandled? Where do our various sources of energy come from and how do they work? What are CPS Energy's plans for the community's energy future?

CPS Energy offers free presentations to community groups and businesses interested in learning more about today's important energy issues. We also view public safety has a high priority and offer a variety of useful tips to promote customer safety around electricity and natural gas.
