We require the use of a face-covering and we will screen customers for COVID-19 symptoms before they enter any CPS Energy facility. Our modified customer service center hours are 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our official social media sites are intended to promote our products and services, provide a two-way customer forum, educate our customers about service, and provide timely updates and helpful information.

We encourage participation by customers on our social channels. However, content on these sites, whether created by us or by site participants, must remain relevant to our products and services. Commentary not related to the utility or inappropriate for our audience (including offensive language, personal attacks, attempts to sell a product or service, or copyright infringement) may be removed in order to protect the security of the utility and the privacy of our employees.

Our official voice is represented on Facebook by posts from “CPS Energy” and on Twitter by “cpsenergy.” Additionally, images are included to easily identify the source as CPS Energy. While many of our employees may participate on our social media sites, they do not represent the official voice or response of CPS Energy. If you are an employee, see the Information System Use Policy on our intranet site.

Any technical disruption, intervention or “hacking,” of our social media sites will not be allowed and will be investigated. Legal action may result upon discovery of such violations.
