Health or financial hardships sometimes make it difficult to pay bills. We make it easy for you to set up payment plans privately and conveniently online through Manage My Account, or through our automated phone line. 

Most importantly, don't wait. Call us directly, if necessary. Then, keep your commitment on time as promised and stay in contact with us as needed to avoid the disconnection of your electric or natural gas service.
