CPS Energy desires to engage a Company in a multiple purposes project that includes a Base Bid and an Additive Bid. The Base Bid Services is to create a new, all weather access driveway for CPS Energy to access their existing gas regulator/tap site station. The Additive Bid Services are associated with an existing gas main that parallels the old access road and involves construction of a protective concrete cap over the existing gas main in locations where excessive erosion has taken place.
Companies wishing to provide a Submittal for this Solicitation must download the Collective Document for this Solicitation no later than July 3, 2019. Go to cpsenergy.com, there is a link to the Collective Document located under the “Work With Us, Procurement and Suppliers, then click on Bid Opportunities.” To successfully download the documents it is recommended that Google Chrome 33+, Mozilla Firefox 38.0.1, or Internet Explorer 9 or greater be used.
If your company is interested and wants to receive any Addenda or additional information on this Solicitation, you must complete and return the “Acknowledgement of Receipt” within the Collective Document and email to the Purchasing Administrator.
There will be no Pre-Solicitation Meeting.
Response Due Date:
Responses are due no later than July 10, 2019 at 3:00 pm (Central). CPS Energy reserves the right to reject late Submittals. The Collective Document contains all pertinent information regarding Responses.
