CPS Energy desires a Company to provide all labor (including up to three (3) crews), tools, equipment and machinery, parts and materials necessary to perform installation, termination, and rehabilitation Services of Underground Residential Distribution Facilities on an as needed basis, and as requested by the CPS Energy.
Companies wishing to provide a Submittal for this Solicitation must download the Collective Document for this Solicitation no later than June 19, 2019. Go to cpsenergy.com, there is a link to the Collective Document located under the “Work With Us, Procurement and Suppliers, then click on Bid Opportunities.” To successfully download the documents it is recommended that Google Chrome 33+, Mozilla Firefox 38.0.1, or Internet Explorer 9 or greater be used.
If your company is interested and wants to receive any Addenda or additional information on this Solicitation, you must complete and return the “Acknowledgement of Receipt” within the Collective Document and email to the Purchasing Administrator.
A Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Meeting will be held on June 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. (CST).
Response Due Date:
Responses are due no later than July 15, 2019 at 3:00 pm (Central). CPS Energy reserves the right to reject late Submittals. The Collective Document contains all pertinent information regarding Responses.
