CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers, and the call center will be closed on Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25, 2024 in observance of Christmas. Multifamily Weatherization Program - DRAFT
As part of our commitment to our Sustainable Tomorrow Energy Plan (STEP) goals, CPS Energy is excited to introduce our new Multifamily Weatherization program.
This weatherization program is designed to provide savings through energy-efficiency measures to limited-income customers who live in multifamily properties. This program intends to serve 20,000 units by 2027.

- Reduce Energy Costs for Renters: Proper weatherization can result in significant annual energy savings.
- Comprehensive Weatherization Services: By working with qualifying multifamily property owners and our registered Trade Allies energy efficiency measures will be installed.
- Rebate Offers for Lower Bills: Our bundled rebate is specifically designed to incentivize multifamily owners and make a positive impact on energy savings.
- Removing Barriers: We are actively working to remove barriers for complexes and renters to participate in STEP. We are creating low-cost/no-cost offerings to increase participation in this successful program.
