CPS Energy extends its gratitude for your support throughout 2024’s summer season. Your commitment to helping our community reduce its energy demand through our WiFi Thermostat Rewards program made a tremendous impact in helping us navigate the strains on the grid posed by the extreme heat.

We want to make you aware of the potential for additional demand reduction measures this winter, including possible thermostat adjustments.

Your participation in this program contributes to our community’s efforts to reduce energy demand during critical times.  Your safety is always our top priority. The program is designed to be minimally intrusive, with only brief thermostat adjustments, with the flexibility and control to opt-out of an event at any time.

In appreciation for your participation and support through this winter season, we are offering an additional one -time $20 bill credit in the spring, should this program be deployed.
